- CNCristina NutuFeb 2, 20261.0I had 2 cancellations in a row.(1 because the groomer is sick and the second one because the groomer had an accident over the weekend). I asked to rebook me through the phone and get the closest appointment,she refused me asking to do it online . Very frustrating cause I have to wait another month now for another appointment for my dog to be groomed. Not good enough Every times something is going on .
